PAYMENT PROCESSING & PLATFORM ROLE

Payment Processing & Merchant Role

Dreem Enterprises LLC (“Dreem”) provides technology services only and is not a bank, payment processor, or merchant of record, unless expressly stated in writing for a specific module or transaction.

All payments made through the Platform are processed by third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe and Square (each, a “Payment Processor”), and are subject to the Payment Processor’s separate terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

By using any payment-related feature of the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable Payment Processor rules, policies, and requirements.

Payment Data & Security

Dreem does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment credentials on its servers.

Payment information is transmitted securely and handled directly by the applicable Payment Processor using industry-standard encryption and security measures. Dreem may retain limited transaction metadata (such as transaction IDs, timestamps, and amounts) solely for recordkeeping, reporting, and support purposes.

Refunds, Disputes & Chargebacks

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Users and organizations are solely responsible for issuing refunds, handling disputes, and responding to chargebacks.

  • Dreem does not guarantee resolution of disputes or chargebacks.

  • Payment Processors may debit funds directly from your connected account in the event of refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

  • Excessive chargebacks, refund abuse, or violations of Payment Processor rules may result in account suspension or termination.

Fraud Prevention & Account Suspension

To protect users, donors, organizations, and the integrity of the Platform, Dreem reserves the right to monitor transactions and suspend or restrict access to payment features if we reasonably believe there is:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Excessive chargebacks or disputes

  • Violation of Payment Processor policies

  • Violation of this Agreement or applicable law

Such action may be taken without prior notice where required for compliance or risk mitigation.

No Financial Advice or Fiduciary Duty

Dreem does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice and does not act as a fiduciary, trustee, or custodian of funds. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable financial, tax, and fundraising laws.
